Philippians: Do Not Be Anxious

Bible Text: Philippians 4:1-7

“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God”. While writing to the Philippians from prison, Paul had plenty to be anxious about. However, he invites us (rather than commands us) to not be anxious. Anxiety stems out of an unbelief in God. Do we trust the truths and promises of God? This week, Blake discusses the cause of anxiety and how the truths of the Gospel can combat it.
