In Christ: Freed from Sin

Bible Text: Colossians 3:5-10

Humanity’s greatest problem is that we have fallen short of who we were made to be. When God created the first humans in the Garden, they were created in His image. They were created to show the love, character, humility, patience, and compassion of their Creator. However, Jesus came and defeated the sin which prevents us from living the life we were created for. Because of His victory, we are now empowered to live lives free from sexual immorality, selfishness, contentment, gossip, and pride. We are liberated to live lives full of “heavenly things”: love, compassion, and truth. Listen in as we continue our series “In Christ” and teach through Colossians 3:5-10.
