Learning to Lament with Biblical Hope (Psalm 77)

We will all experience pain at some point in our lives. When pain does come, what do we do with it? There are helpful and unhelpful ways to deal with it. The Bible gives us plenty of direction in what we should do with our pain. When we lament Biblically we open ourselves up to God's healing mercy.
