The Law is the perfect will of God for His creation, and Jesus makes sure to clarify that the Law (meaning the entire Old Testament) does not change or go away now that He has come. Instead, Jesus says that he came to fulfill the law. He not only perfectly keeps the law, but He also fulfilled the prophetic promise made by God in the Law.
