Up until this point, Jacob had lead a hard life, full of deceit, affliction, and exploitation. He had all that he could want in terms of material wealth. However, God wanted Jacob to see beyond his own needs, and had to bring him to his end to do so. This week, Jay teaches how God uses affliction in our lives to bless us.
