Philippians: You Can’t Earn Your Salvation

Bible Text: Philippians 3:1-11

In Paul’s day, and throughout history, people have been twisting the Gospel by saying that Jesus is not enough. The “dogs”, as Paul refers to them, are trying to convince people that it is their own doing that will get them into the Kingdom. To prove his point, Paul gives all of his religious accomplishments, but completely discredits them in favor of the work of Jesus.
