The OU Friends to International Students (FIS) program aims to help international students adjust to life in Norman during their first year by pairing students with a local host family. FIS is not a live-in program but a friendship matching program. In this program, international students and hosts have the opportunity to learn about each other's customs and traditions.

Host families who participate can invite international students to share holiday meals, game nights, sporting events, movie nights, and many other activities with their students. Many of them come from countries where they may have never met a follower of Jesus or had access to hearing the Gospel. This is an amazing opportunity to practically demonstrate and declare the gospel among the Nations in our own backyard. Click here for more information and to apply.
